Bellefaire's Home and School-Based Services (HSBS) reach children, teens, and their families in their homes, schools, and communities. It is the philosophy of HSBS that children respond best when they are treated in familiar environments where parents, siblings, guardians, teachers, and other significant people collaborate with Bellefaire JCB professionals to guide each child to optimal functioning.
The array of services we provide in the home and community includes school-based counseling programs; an after-school program; substance abuse programs for adolescents and recovering mothers; mental health assessment for children up to three years of age; and teaching an understanding of developmental milestones to parents of at-risk children under age four.
Bellefaire's HSBS division strives to improve the lives of children and families within and with the help of the communities where they live, which in turn improves communities as a whole.
