Bellefaire's PACT program provides counseling to families who are experiencing stress. Counseling for parents and children takes place in the familiar surroundings of home and community and is provided up to six hours a week for approximately three months. At the end of the program, the family is linked to community resources for ongoing support 

Crisis intervention is available by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Families are coached to resolve crises based on mutually agreed upon crises plans. Families are also taught coping skills so that they can maintain safety and stability in the home. Referrals to PACT come from parents, juvenile court, the Department of Child and Family Services, other agencies, and private practitioners. PACT is administered from Bellefarie's Shaker Heights campus.

Satellite PACT Offices
PACT has satellite offices in local communities in order to become more integral to the communities we serve. Current satellite sites include a University Circle office, which encompasses the Fairfax, Glenville and East Cleveland areas; CMHA/Carl B. Stokes offices in the Hough area; and a West Side office in the Cudell area bordering the Detroit/Shoreway and Ohio City neighborhoods. Satellite staff become familiar with local services and community entities, such as police, clergy, schools, and other social service agencies in order to relate with and better connect to families who live in these communities. Services include conventional PACT work in families' homes and group and individual counseling at each satellite office. We expect to expand services in the next year to include more individual counseling and foster parent groups.
