Supervisor

Cottage Supervisor positions open within the Residential Treatment Program. Job responsibilities include case management; individual and team supervision of childcare workers; oversee and facilitate cottage programming; participation in clinical rounds and other client meetings.

UNIT SUPERVISOR- Opening for individual who can oversee all aspects of service delivery and treatment of clients for assigned unit including developing, evaluating and monitoring unit program.  Individual will also supervise cottage staff including the integration of other departments affecting the success of treatment programs, oversee client treatment by reviewing; interviewing and enrolling new clients, supervising daily operations and case management review and individual is responsible for crisis intervention in response to emergency medical, emotional and physical situations.

Wingspan Staff Accountant-Tax Cost

Due to recent growth from an affiliation, Wingspan Care Group has an immediate opening for a staff accountant-tax cost. Duties will include but are not limited to compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and to document business transactions. Assist in the compilation of payroll related entries/reports which includes auditing. Apply principles of accounting to analyze past and present financial operations and estimates future revenues and expenditures to prepare budgets.   Coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.  Prepare annual cost report for all entities.  Prepare analytical charts and graphs to monitor financial activity. Responsible for year end payroll reporting including W-2s. Prepare all payroll related tax returns, withholding payments and other reporting requirements.

2-year computer science degree or equivalent experience required. 4-year degree and desktop certifications preferred.
