Job Description

The PACT (Parents And Children Together) department is looking for a CPST worker to provide Community Psychiatric Supportive Services (CPST) to clients and their families. These include support, training, advocacy, and referral services. The CPST Worker is expected to meet the program's productivity target for billable service each week. Services take place in the home and community. Work hours are flexible, some evenings hours are expected. The CPST Worker accepts assignment of cases to provide community support program services for clients, their families, and with significant others as needed, including: community organizations, schools, other health and social service professionals, the justice system, and other agencies involved with the client.

Work a 40 hour flexible workweek and provides evening and weekend on-call coverage on a rotating basis.

Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field. Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the Agency’s insurance company.
