Cottage Supervisor positions open within the Residential Treatment Program. Job responsibilities include case management; individual and team supervision of childcare workers; oversee and facilitate cottage programming; participation in clinical rounds and other client meetings.

Strong clinical knowledge and experience working with severely emotionally disturbed youth and/or autism spectrum disorders required. Management experience preferred but not required. Master's degree required. Social Work or Counselor license preferred.
