JDN Early Childhood Center
JDN Early Childhood Center offers a quality, full-day, year-round toddler, preschool and young fives program, for children ages 18 months to 5 years. JDN fosters academic readiness, confidence, self-control, creativity, a love of learning, and attends to the social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of the young child.
Our small classes and dedicated, degreed teachers make children feel secure and comfortable. Children participate in art, music, movement, computers, social play and a variety of other activities in an atmosphere which focuses on relationships and where each individual child is challenged. With our diverse student population, and within our warm stable environment, children develop self awareness, respect and acceptance of others, and build their knowledge of the world around them. True Sisters Child Care Center
True Sisters Child Care Center offers full-time, part-time and half-day options: 2, 3, 4 or 5 days/week. It is a preschool and toddler program for children ages 18 months to 5 years, and infants 6 weeks to 17 months. We have one infant group with up to 10 infants and two adults; two toddler groups, each can have up to 12 children and two adults; and three preschool rooms, with 16 to 18 children per room and two adults per room.
We encourage and promote independence, and children are encouraged to manage and verbalize their feelings. It is through the child/teacher relationship that children learn that any task can be broken down into manageable steps. Other program features: non-denominational; Chinese, Russian and Spanish-speaking staff; CPR/First Aid instructors; music teacher; large, enclosed playground.
