More About Residential Treatment

Our Residential Treatment services are offered within safe and secure facilities and led by a multidisciplinary treatment team. Team members include: dually-trained and licensed mental health/alcohol and other drug (MH/AOD) clinicians (with Co-occurring Integrated Treatment Programs), child and adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors, registered nurses, licensed clinicians and childcare workers. Bellefaire JCB also considers the client, family and placing entity members of the treatment team.

What types of treatment are offered?
Bellefaire-Campus-2Therapeutic techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and collaborative problem solving. Services in all units include: individual and group therapy; partial hospitalization; psychological evaluation; psychiatric evaluation and medication monitoring, as indicated; and chemical dependency assessment and treatment. Nursing and well-child care are provided on our grounds.

Each client is provided a risk assessment and diagnosis; crisis intervention and stabilization; and medication assessment. Case management and discharge planning services assist families in identifying appropriate next levels of care and community-based services.
